Berry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries and blueberries)

  • 1/2 cup Camperdown Dairy Low Fat Milk

  • 3 tbsp Greek Style Yoghurt

  • a few ice cubes to help thicken

Optional Toppings

  • Almonds

  • Get Farmed Gluten-Free Grain and Seed Bar (crumbled)

  • Mint leaves

  • Additional berries

Method:

  1. Combine berries, milk, yoghurt and ice

  2. Blend on high speed, adding ice cubes to thicken to the desired level.

  3. Top with your favourite healthy toppings.
