Berry Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients:
1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries and blueberries)
1/2 cup Camperdown Dairy Low Fat Milk
3 tbsp Greek Style Yoghurt
a few ice cubes to help thicken
Optional Toppings
Almonds
Get Farmed Gluten-Free Grain and Seed Bar (crumbled)
Mint leaves
Additional berries
Method:
Combine berries, milk, yoghurt and ice
Blend on high speed, adding ice cubes to thicken to the desired level.
Top with your favourite healthy toppings.
