Prawn Wonton soup with Choy Sum

Ingredients

  • 6 cups chicken stock

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 pack frozen prawn wontons

  • 100g dried wheat noodles

  • 1 bunch baby choy sum, chopped coarsely

Method

  1. Bring stock to a boil in a large saucepan, add wontons and simmer, uncovered, about 5 minutes wontons are cooked through.

  2. Add soy sauce and noodles, simmer, uncovered, about 3 minutes or until noodles are just tender. Add choy sum, simmer, uncovered until just tender.

  3. Serve, steaming hot!
