Prawn Wonton soup with Choy Sum
Ingredients
6 cups chicken stock
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 pack frozen prawn wontons
100g dried wheat noodles
1 bunch baby choy sum, chopped coarsely
Method
Bring stock to a boil in a large saucepan, add wontons and simmer, uncovered, about 5 minutes wontons are cooked through.
Add soy sauce and noodles, simmer, uncovered, about 3 minutes or until noodles are just tender. Add choy sum, simmer, uncovered until just tender.
Serve, steaming hot!
